Gyno and insurance

So I know this has been posted on here before, but I've had gyno in my right nipple since the age of 13. Doctor even gave me a mammogram back then to check it out. What do you think the odds are of getting blue cross blue shield to cover the removal?

If you go to the doctor and tell him that it hurts and you are in pain especially when you are active then i think you have a very good chance. I had it covered by them twice!

I know i do not need to say this but do not mention any use of gear or rec drugs if they ask if you drink tell them no.

should I go to my regular DR? He know's of my use due to a couple abscess's he drained for me. I could change my regular doctor. I've been meaning to get one closer to my home anyways.
