Gyno - lump gets bigger when E2 low

So I've had gyno for years and I actually don't mind it because when my T to E2 ratio is in a good spot, it shrinks down to nothing, not visible at all.

It does grow when I take too much test and E2 is too high, but the weird part is, the lump also gets bigger when E2 is ow. Question is why does it happen when E2 is low?

When you’re E2 is lower, you’re probably also leaner (everywhere else); and perhaps, it’s just more pronounced?

I have had similar experience and wondered what the physiology behind it was? I think maybe it’s progesterone and not estrogen that’s controlling the growth during this time period.
