Its important to remember the difference between the classification of an AI and a SERM. Like most others I use and advocate the use of an AI while running aromatisable compounds. In theory it should go a long way to preventing gyno from forming. However, sometimes even with an AI gyno will occur; more commonly it occurs because of a lack AI use. The bottom line is occur the gyno forms and you have that gland like TNH can attest to its always going to be there. You can come off all AAS or mega dose on the AI's like letro and it will shrink; but it is still there. What Nolva and Torem are particularly effect at is treating the gyno and breast issue. Remember that most AI's and SERM's were created to target breast cancer. In different ways they all work thru different path ways. The AI's unquestionably lower estrogen in the body to a greater degree than SERM's. However, once again, some of the SERM's when it specifically comes to dealing with the activated tissue and gland are more effective at that specific task.

I to am very sensitive to gyno. I have been running high doses of tren and low test but the sides are killing me. Blood pressure up, anger levels are a problem and I cant sleep. I run nolvadex through out my cycle and arimidex but I still get the pain hard gynos. I think my only option is surgery

I did consults with 3 Docs. I ended up paying 2,700. Saved 700 by doing it with local anesthetic, no sedation. Didnt even take any painkillers, unless its a morphine drip, its not gonna do shit for me. Too early to tell results, I had it pretty fuckin bad on one side.

Ive been looking for a doc that does it with local anesthesia and have had no luck sofar. Im in Dallas Texas and cant find one =/

I got another consultation to a really good plastic surgeon tuesday.

Most if not all insurances cover it. It falls under the breast cancer act of 1998.. Mine was covered!

gyno surgery is still considered cosmetic and is not covered by the majority or insurance companies

"Gynecomastia Surgery:

Aetna considers breast reduction, surgical mastectomy or liposuction for gynecomastia, either unilateral or bilateral, a cosmetic surgical procedure. Medical therapy should be aimed at correcting any reversible causes (e.g., drug discontinuance). Furthermore, there is insufficient evidence that surgical removal is more effective than conservative management for pain due to gynecomastia."
