Just about to start 500mg to 700mg of test a week. Past cycles have been sust/deca/dbol and test e and dbol. Never had a problem with the sust but the test e and dbol left me with a hard gland behind my left nipple about double the size of a pea and this was running nolva on both.

well, pretty much opposed to nolva use either with or after progestins.


Once you have an issue, typically its better to err on side of upper end dosing. find your "too much point" and then back off of it.

Dbol is of particular concern since even small amount of methylestradiol conversion can present issues.

here is the thing. the more cycles you have, the more progestins and estrogens that run unnopposed over the years, bodyfat and age will impact aromatase levels as well as receptor densities. breast tissue produces significantly more aromatase than other tissues (which is why in men, it is generally more self sustaining).

the above things also tend to both increase prolactin levels as well as increase sensitivity to prolactin (which also happens to be an eralpha agonist).

depends on what you are using. For those with prexisting gynecomastia and flare-ups, generally reccomend exemestane or letrozole WITH at least low dose pramipexole or cabergoline (if using progestins or methylated steroids STRONGLY reccomend).

for cabergoline, reccomend cabaser tablets (cabergoline liquid is unstable, and generally bunk or completely degraded) from aurapharm.

I am currently doing aromasin & pramipexole w calorie deficit and my gyno is getting destroyed. Its just about totally gone....much better than i thought it would be....very pleased.

its a very potent stack in that respect. while not everyone may find the calorie deficit essential, its also a highly reccomended component (for a variety of reasons)
