Gyno Question

So, this is my first cycle. I'm doing IP Sublingual Test Prop at about 400 mg/wk taking into consideration a 70% absorption factor. I'm 6'2'' 190 lbs, prob 9% bodyfat. I have ag-guys L-dex and L-nolv on hand and did not use the first day. I did however use them the second day b/c my nipples and the immediate surrounding area were burning/itching (there was however no puffiness, or at least none that I noticed). My question is, is this gyno, and if so will .25 mg L-dex/day and 10mg Nolvadex suffice? Also, last night I did not sleep well, maybe due to test. My skin is also very irritated in areas away from my nipples. Anyone else experience this. Input is much appreciated, and please comment on ag-guys authenticity of products (so I don't grow a pair of tits).

my follow up question is: Should the itching/burning go away after I continuously take nolv/dex?
