gyno suffers help please

hi all
i am in my second week of cycle 500 sus and 30 d-bol ed.
am useing 10mg of nova and 25mg of proviron ed.
nipples are erect alot of the time and when i hold one between my fingers and move it, it gets sore could this be the start of gyno

I doubt it. Leave you nipples alone.. lol No lumps,puffiness , itching, pain? Think you need to chill.

what should i do,up the dose of nova and proviron

well the cycle your on is perfect for gyno.... IMO up the dosage of the nolvadex,,also is it just sensativity ,,or do you have lumps yet ?

Also, when you come off cycle , stay on the nolva for a while...

Anyone else have thoughts for him?

I had the surgery in 1996 ,,,so I dont get it any longer,,hooray for me..lol

no lumps yet and thier not puffy but if i put my finger on my left nipple and move it up and down or from left to right it,s sore.

Best bet would have to used Arimidex or Letrozole at begining and through out cycle to prevent these problems from ever occuring.

I agree with this ! Always make sure you have anti's in hand before starting your cycles...should be a rule of thumb for everyone...
