Can anyone recommend a top notch plastic surgeon in the New Jersey area. I'll even travel to NY, or pa. I had this gyno surgery in 2004 and most of the glands were removed. I feel a lot better than I did then but I was heavy when I had procedure done, and now I get mild flare ups from time to time depending what I'm on. Now my problem seems to be the fat around the chest. I didn't have lipo dont just gland removal. I have excellent muscle development under this layer of fat but its enough , I think I need lipo. My scars are not noticeable thru my nips unless I stretch them but it seems one breast stores more fat than the other? Fucking weird, and I'm like other people if I'm thin its not that big of a factor but I'm not suppose to look thin. Its not a good look on me I'm suppose to always be around 6'1 240lbs. So anyone with any info that can help me will be awesome. Thanks.
