GYNO SURGERY 9 MONTHS AGO... STILL PUFFY NIPS CONSIDERING KENALOG INJECTIONS

I had gyno surgery November 7th.. still get puffy nips specially in my right one.. clomid did an OKAY job of bringing down some of the puffiness but i want to completely eradicate it once and for all... i have letro on the way.. also i ordered kenalog. apparently this is an anti inflammatory substance that cosmetic surgeons will use to bring down puffiness and swelling after the surgery.... long story short my surgeon is in jail and i havent been able to contact him for 6 months.. I am planning on doing these injections myself ... has anyone used kenalog injections for puffy nips / post surgery ??? what is the dosage ? what do i have to be careful of ? any and all info/input welcome !!!

Fat based gyno can always come back no matter what, use nolvadex while dieting to get rid of it, then control E2 while cycling or TRT with an AI. Don't use AAS that that directly active the ER.

I live a few minutes from Dr Blau and for the most part he comes highly rated. Little rinky dink office and set up that wouldn't make me all that comfortable but to each there own.

Me alto would help greatly with scar tissue, however it most likely wouldn't be puffy. Do you feel something similar to a gland?
You may have fluid accumulation which might require aspiration.

i just added test to my growth cycle i started today 500mg test e shot i plan on doing a second 500mg test shot in 3 or 4 days (front loading a gram of test e first week) then dropping it down to 500mg/week gonna run letro at .25mg ed and increase as needed ... i hope my bitch tits dont grow back before my letro gets delivered though !!! i was so excited to start i couldnt wait and just took the first shot today (letro should be here by end of the week latest)

It may be scar tissue, if so the kenalog will help. You have a lot of options to shop around being that you live in New York. Also dr Blau doesn't accept insurance and the guy charges a little over 5k if I remember correctly. 6k with the anesthesia.

Im also from a few minutes away from Dr Blau's office. Trust me he is the best. He charges $5k. I was stupid and went to a guy that was $3500 and i have the same results that you have. My chest looks way better than it did, but not perfect. If i wear a tight light colored shirt, especially white you can still notice it.

A friend of mine went to Dr Blau and his chest is perfect, and he doesnt even train hard anymore. So his pecs are pretty flat, but his gyno is perfectly flat also.

Last summer when i was running HGH and arimidex with my HRT dose the swelling went down and my chest was almost perfect. When i stopped the HGH my chest went a little puffy, maybe the skin tightening effects from the HGH were helping.

You know what, when i think about it i was in much better shape last summer. Definitely leaner, maybe thats part of the difference.

Either way i know Blau is the go to guy around here. He has done a ton of gyno surgeries and that is his specialty.

yea we are our own worst critics !!!!! my chest after this surgery probably looks good to everyone else just like both of yours does but i notice the imperfections and thats why i wish i went to a guy who completely took all of it out... this guy used like a liposuction tube and tunneled through my arm pit and had a drain hose at the very bottom of my chest and shaved the breast tissue down that was... im assuming the way blau does it is makes an incision on the nipple line folds back the nipple and cuts out all the breast tissue and then lipos the area ?? i have heard thats the best way to do it and have it come out perfect and never have it come back exp come people say there is a tiny noticeable scar on the nipple line you are left with

Well I'm sure you got some decent results but the procedure he did is not the right way to do it. Back in the day they went through the armpit more. My doc went through the nipple, and he told me he liked to leave some tissue in there because he doesnt want your chest to be too flat at the bottom.

As a result it looks like i still have slight gyno. Im a fool for not going to Blau when he was right in my neighborhood. The guy i went to is great, but his specialty is lipo and Ab sculpting. He literally sculpted incredible abs on my cousin, bc he's too lazy to diet that hard.

My buddy had full blown gyno under both nipples. I read where if you injected PGCL directly into the gland that it would make the gyno dissipate. So he played guinnie pig and bought 2 vials from Purchase Peps. 4 days later gyno destroyed. Not saying it will work for everyone but I swear his shit was like golf balls and its completely gone now. He did 20mcg in the am and 20 in the pm. Only side is he was shtting his brains out. He was about to pay 5k for surgery at the end of October. Had it financed and all that. Saved him 5k on the surgery. Try it out. Hope this helps brother.

Did this plenty if times.... However once you physically see what they remove after surgery it makes what PGCL did amateur day. The fucking bite and sting that shit had was up fycking bearable.

Gyno surgery (lipo and gland reduction) is a great investment, hands down

I'm sure the surgery is obviously top notch stuff. My buddy was doing a show and needed something to tone it down fast so it wouldnt look so bad on stage. Surgery is obviously the best way to go but hey if you dont have the money or need a quick remedy I hope my suggestion helps.

Actually it is a drug they use to induce animals to go into labor as I understand it. I know a lot of guys use it pre contest because it has a similar fat shedding effect like dnp. (Both dangerous in my opinion) as I have used both but hey its whatever floats your boat at the end of the day.
