Gyno Surgery, Now What? Anti-E's?

I had tumescent liposuction and smart lipo (laser lipo) to break up the gland today. It was $1399 for the lipo +$500 for the smart lipo. He definitely got a lot of the gland as I could tell the difference between just the fat and the gland as he broke it up. I believe he has done 15,000 lipo procedures and that is all he does.

Anyways, My question is what do I do now? I've been taking tamoxifen 10 -20 mgs a day along with arimidex 2- 3 mgs a week along with 25 test prop and 25 mast prop ed sub-Q. I was planning on continuing the juice maybe throwing in anavar at 50 mgs a day once I heal some and can lift. I was also planning t3+eca and t3+ clen and lots of cardio for the fat on my abs and love handles.

So, do I need to continue the anti-e's at the same dosage or lower or not at all now. They were really only keeping my gyno a little less noticeable before. I had about a liter sucked out of both pecs together by the way and even though they are swollen, they are way, way better already!

I dont see any reason for anti-e at that low of a dose

If you needed that much on so little. You probably have hyper aromaste (sp) activity. I would just drop the AI for now and see if your body can adjust. Get s blood test in 3-4weeks to see if estrogen has decreased.

You mind letting me know where you got this done? I had mine done about 5 years ago. But mine was so bad he had to cut my nipples basically off and had to cut out the tissue bc mine was from puberty which what the Doc said is different than other types of gyno tissue. Its virtually unnoticeable but he missed some tissue that bothers me and mine cost me $6,500. So Id love to know where yours was bc thats cheap and since mine is all but gone thats probably all id need again.

On the other side, my glands are gone and ive ran as high as 1500mg test week with no issues at all. No tenderness, soreness, puffyness, nada.

I don't see why you would need to take Anti-E. Try it without it and then get some blood work after some time. Or if you are old enough try to get your doctor to put you on TRT to make everything easier.
