gyno surgery question.

right now im kinda bulking up and am planning on getting this take out pretty soon, i have it in both nips. im wondering if i would be better of being leaner during the surgery or if it matters. im just concerned with my skin being saggy or something if i get it done while im bulked up. hell it might not even matter, but i wanna make sure it dosent.

I have it very bad in both. Mine was caused during puberty. As to your question, you bet. The skinner you are the better the final results will be. You want to shrink down the fat that arent causing your problems. What is left over is all those pesky fuckers floating in the front ( The ones that just wont shrink). THey will suck em and viola! I have to wait for a whole year before I have mine done. So I took this time and im gonna bulk,bulk,bulk. Long cut cycle and then the surgery!

yeah it is some irritating shit man, the other day i was lifting a box at work and i rested it on my chest. woohooo fuck, it smashed my nips and i about lost it, hurt like a mofo. well i guess its definetly time to start cutting, even more the reason i guess.

BTW, i also got mine during puberty but i has gotten a little bigger since i started juicing about 3 years ago. it seems like since i already had it i was prone as shit for it to just keep on growing. now if i could only get my muscles to grow like my gyno i would be a huge mofo.hehe

why do you have to wait a year to get yours out?

The main reason is that I messed up my last diet. I started at 330lbs @ 25% b.f. When I was finshed I was 220 at 20 % b.f. I lost almost all muscle. 8 months of dieting right down the tiolet. Im bulking now becuase I couldnt stand to be on that diet any more. I know all of my mistakes that I made and I will be alot smarter this/next diet time! So the year off thing is im to trying to gain back the 30+ pounds of muscle I lost.
