Gyno Surgery

I drove 2.5 hours for Dr. Maffai in 2016 or 2017, can’t remember. Worth every penny. The guy was awesome.. still have his number in my phone. Couldn’t even tell he touched me, incision wise. Doesn’t look like I ever had GYNO. He removed it and contoured my chest. Glandular excision and Lipo. I couldn’t be happier. If I had to do it again, I wouldn’t blink.

I did maybe 6-8 consults in the PA-NJ-NY region. Maffai was the only guy I felt comfortable with being a competitive bodybuilder. Not having a butchered chest.

Personal loan it for cash if you have to front it..

Just had my surgery done with Dr. Maffei this weekend. The procedure went great. Doc and his staff were very professional throughout the entire process. $5K flat and worth every penny. He could rightfully charge more - much cheaper than other surgeons in the area with lesser results. Blau is no longer the surgeon he used to be, and I personally know two former clients who went to Maffei for revisions later. Plus he specializes in the AAS induced glandular gyno we end up with, and knows how to contour the results to our types of physiques. He is without a doubt the go-to guy in the tri-state area right now and I wouldn’t hesitate travel to him if I lived further away. Results already look great 72 hours out and I can’t wait to see how it looks fully healed.
