Hey guys. Just wanted to see if anyone would be interested before I start posting a log of some H-as I got about two weeks ago. Tried it before I posted to make sure and it's awesome! Up about 9 pounds and it's only been two weeks. Lifts are way up. Squatted 535 last night for an all time PR! :headbang:headbang: I've been logging on my own and will try to keep things up to date here if anybody's interested.
Test E 900mg/wk
EQ 600mg/wk
Tren E 400mg/wk
Dbol 50mg/ED
Diet is dialed in pretty well. Eating about 20-25 oz of chicken a day. 3-4 cups of rice. 6 eggs. 2-3 pieces of bacon. Lol. And sometimes toast or hash browns with breakfast. And two protein shakes. Pretty consistent with chicken every day. Though sometimes it's beef. And occasionally I get hungry as fuck and need to slam a burrito or pizza. Lol.
I don't think I have time to post up a full workout log. But will if you guys want me to.
I'm 23. Weigh 243 today. Probably around 10-12% bf. Not my first cycle although I admit I'm still a beginner. Goal for this cycle is to hit 255, staying around 10-13% bf. Been training hard for five years and just decided to make the jump last year.
