Had to excuse myself

Today was a cheat day after spending the week on 2400 calories a day with moderately low carbs. My meal was probably in the range of 1800 calories and loaded with carbs. I got about half way through my meal when my metabolism went crazy, as I started to sweat so severely I had to excuse myself and step outside.

wouldn't want to sweat in a gym...that's just rude...

you are a better man than I...I sweat my ass off in the gym and I also FART my ass off in the gym and I NEVER EXCUSE MYSELF


EDIT...SORRY...I assumed you were in the gym...lol sorry...if you were eating dinner...well then maybe so...

I also sweat my ass off at the dinner table...I also fart alot at the dinner table...

My wife has been forbid to fart in my presence its become quite a joke between us so far 4 years not a sound.

lol it drives my wife crazy...but she loves my muscles...

those come from 3 dozen eggs a day and that means a LOT of gas...lol

so its give and take...mostly give from me and take from her
