hair loss question

i just finished my first cycle of prop and dbol and ive been off for 4 days now. when i was on i was using ketoconazole shampoo(nizoral) to combat any hair loss and it seemed to work. now however ive been off and not using nizoral and i notice hair coming off from the crown of my head when shampooing and theres a small bald spot forming. should i start using nizoral again?
