I used rogaine for two years which kept my thinning hair full but started to realize this was a big waste of money i stoped it for two weeks and hair looked thinner then when i started.

I then contimplated the use of propecia but quickly changed my mind .I said to myself im spending so much time and money on my body as well as HRT and supplements to be the alpha male i was not willing to risk fixing one problem and then getting more sideeffects like erectile dysfunction etc it was not something i was willing to gamble with just to get my hair back.

I then found Scalp micropigmentation which was the perfect fit for what i was trying to acheive.I will get into more detail tomorow you guys can look up the intro under hair skin and nails section.I am here to help any question feel free to fill out form or pm me.

Visit your dermatologist. OTC treatments may not work for everyone, and you might need something stronger. Talk to your dermatologist and explain your symptoms and what you've already tried. She can then recommend a variety of other treatments for you.

I have had some issues with my hair too. I am not genetically predisposed to hair loss but i ran a lot of Winstrol / Tren / Masteron last few years and my front hair has receed back as well as crown.

After i notice this (almost too late, was in fuck it mood before) went to doc and he recomended:

Minoxidil 5% at night before bed
Finasterid 1,25 mg ED
good shampoo on pharmacy for strenghent the hair.

I also added GH 4UI dailly which i am pretty sure that helped too.

My hair now is much more thicker and a lot of it growed back. I also cut on Tren Winstrol and Mast.

I want to compete next year but wont do high doses of androgens, thats for sure.

Very happy with the results.

what are your cycle plans for competing without high androgens? just curious. i'm in the same boat, i just got a hair transplant actually, filled in all the recession in the front - i'm not prone to MPB either, crown and the rest of my head is completely fine, but i blame tren/mast for most of the damage. not really sure what to use moving forward, i'm sticking with low test, low deca, and anavar for the time beiing.

Yeah, I think that sounds pretty good. I'm currently running 300 test / 300 deca, 5iu GH and 12.5mg mk-677. i may go back to a low dose tren at some point. But there was a point where i was running a tri-blend 700mg tren/700 mg test prop/700mg masteron and boy oh boy did that do some damage. it happened all at once in my mid 20's and ive just been dealing with the effects of the recession since (it hasnt even gotten much worse) but finally had the FUE procedure done and im waiting on the regrowth to move forward.

what kind of insulin are you thinking about using? i have been pondering switching over to Lantus to do a morning pin (since its extended release) and just do about 30iu in a shot and let it work throughout the day.

I am using Humalog fast insulin 6ui before training, it's very nice, wonderful pumps, strenght and full muscles, feels that i am in much more gear then really i am. I am running 300 mg prop gh 4ui and 6 ui insulin.

i do my GH shot upon waking, i dont split them at the moment. And i take the MK right before bed. It works better, yes. I get a big spike of GH in the morning, and contiuous pulses throughout the day/night from the MK-677. I think it's a good combo.
