Today I felt so weak during my workout. I got through everything, but that's just it, I got through it. I pushed it as heavy as I could, but I just felt absolutely exhausted. By the time I got home, I lost all my water weight from the refeed plus some, so that was great! My body doesn't usually do that, so hopefully things just get better and better.
MY leg workout consisted of sumo squats. Love them!
Today was so stressful. I had a review at work and it was just such a misunderstanding. I was told I would get a review with a salary increase and all this hype was built up over it. But there was no increase. It was such a let down. My boss's motivating techniques absolutely suck. I'm finding that there are quite a few small business owners who don't understand their employees are their business, so they should be treated very well. They don't need to kiss their bootays, but definitely not discourage them. Oh well! Move on because this only means there's something better whether it's with this company or not.
My fiancee is wonderful. He put a bunch of movies on my iTouch, so I don't get bored during cardio. I have been watching those Mystery Science Theater movies. They are hilarious! I was telling my fiancé yesterday that I'll start laughing and then get a cramp. It's very much worth it though!
Shoulders are popping, and abs are getting better and better. I will say, and I know this is normal, but after my refeed, my muscles are pumped! Love it. Then throughout the week as I get more and more depleted, they don't look as big, but that refeed day, WHOA!
