Moen, good catch on the Lonsdale. Its origins are boxing, and it still is today. But it definetly has been adopted by white supremacists,there was actually some controversy a few years back,something about it being banned from being sold,haha, because of the "hidden white message".. I do not own any, but I will be ordering some just because its decent non hiphop clothing. The added message is just a bonus,lol.

The Lonsdale brand here has only ever been associated with boxing. It is freely sold everywhere here. Had no Idea about the hidden message. There has never been any mention of it. It is sold in most retail and sporting goods stores here. No offense meant to anyone!!

BN, I've said it before brother, you and your wife to be are welcome here anytime. Come on down bro, plenty of room and we'll tune up the training. The weight of the bar is exactly 5kg. I was using 55kg on the bar, total 60kg, that was my fourth set. Unlike normal skull crushers you can not work with as much weight. But the deep stretch position builds gnarly strength and thickness. You can't really flare your elbows out too wide, the bar just won't allow that plan of movement. I did a set at 60kg, 65kg including the bar for my fifth set and my tri's felt like they were going to explode. They are sore today boys. I mean sore!! Elbows are fine, just hard to straighten my arms from soreness.

Yes my design. made it alomost ten years ago. One of my brighter moments!! It hits the tricep in a very different way. not like dumbells and beats the old school skull crushers by a long shot. Greater range of movement. Not too stressful on the elbows.

So FUBU (which was created from the start to be for blacks only) is OK but this company which was adopted at a later time by white supremacists isn't. Gotta love the hypocrisy. That is just as bad as saying that Imus is a jerk, but offensive rap music is God's music (Oh, and get this, in all the covers they thank God for their talent on not being able to say one line without offensive words).

Thanks rajjin, the whole point of the thread was to show everyone how the yellow bar works. I certainly did not want it to be about my training attire, which I have pointed out is a brand of boxing gear and clothing. I had no knowledge of the makers intentions.

But the fucking bar kicks ass!!!

My dad is a retired cop but since we've always lived out of town on ranches etc....he is an accomplished welder, mechanic, etc. He can do just about anything. His father was a machinist...worked on a metal lathe.

I'll tell you...that's a great idea.

I am sure you've got that negative loop running through your mind too. So, sometimes it helps to have someone else point positive things out about you. You are loosing the softness...lookng firmer and firmer. That's got to be pretty motivating for you.

Yesterday I got a High School library award! As gay as that sounds [ utilization of library resources for research projects, etc, interaction with students, blah, blah, blah, ] public recognition of something postive regarding my work habits made me feel pretty good. It suprised me that I gave a damn! lol

Anyway, keep heart, the changes are obvious!
