halo without a doubt. Var is great too, but halo is king in regards to everything you listed above.

Halo is far better.
Anavar never worked for me. I had to take 50 2.5mg tabs of the Searle to get anything out of it

20 mg of halo does more than 100mg of anavar for me

Both are good for hardness but HALO is so much more androgenic and 5 AR reduced you cant go wrong there for strength.
20 mg and you can break personal bests while dieting for a show, incredible stuff, but as someone mentioned- incredibly hard on your system liver toxicity and blood pressure, messed up lipids.
Use it for short bursts, Var on the other hand can be used longer with less stress on liver and blood pressure.
