i hear so much about how good halo is and also how toxic---what is the dose you guys run that produces the best strength and hardeness and how long you run it---i see and hear so many different things---ive heard 20mg a day for 4 weeks then i hear 50mg a day for 4 weeks--

I have run it the last 4 wks before a meet. 10,20,30 and 40mgs. At our age Jim everything is toxic, unless you Trt and 2iu's of Gh.

Halo is awesome preworkout. Focus, strength, aggression.

I did 20mg ramped up to 40mg a day as part of my two week peak stack. Gave a great, grainy look and, of course, really helped as a preworkout. I did kind of feel like shit towards the end. Got a weird aftertaste in my mouth, think the whole ordeal was wreaking havoc on my stomach enzymes.

Hello jim start running it at 10mg about 30 minutes prior to work out. this stuff makes you very aggressive. Me I would not go no higher than 40mg.

40mg Halo and 100mg TNE pre workout will let you do things in the gym that you never thought possible.

If you have gotten LEGIT halo dosed correctly....40mg is almost too much.

I would use it 40mg a day for like 3 weeks pre-contest.

Or like 20mg a day for 3-4 weeks in the off-season if im trying to get a new lifetime PR on a given lift.

I run 60 for four weeks only. However in all cycles I don't bridge ever 20 plus in past 15/16 years. Plus I believe in nutritional support use nac milk thistle ect all the time . Personally my whole life I never touch alchohol or many otc meds notorious for hurting liver . Always consider having healthy system as foundation of muscular body . Steroids can be a part of this , only abusing this will create problems . Anything can hurt you if you go overboard . However used with respect and caution even the strongest of compounds can benefit you. Eat and supplements for health . AAS to enhance your training and recovery , just don't rely on them

I tried halo recently at 30mgs and had to stop after a week, felt very unhealthy on it, like I was being poisoned
