anyone here ever tried using this type of grip for incline or flat presses???

a little easier on the shoulders and you are able to bring them down a little lower than with the standard grip.

i prefer the neutral grip, or rather half way between neutral and pronated. feels easier to keep shoulders back and down. its reccomended for deloading weeks by guys like eric cressey but i do it all the time. get enough pronated work with barbells.

i guess i always feel my front delts on any type of pressing, regardless of the grip.
