I start my day with 2 fresh lemon from my tree, I put the whole lemons in the blander with 1cup water and 2 table spoon ginger juice.
My first meal is 2 serving of fermented Oat with manuka honey and cinnamon, 4 raw eggs and the fertilized incubated egg powder blended together.
45 minutes before workout 2 tbs manuka honey and 1tbs MCT and 1 Energix capsule, 100mg Fulvic Acid and 200mg CoQ10.
I do consume greens and fruits every day, (also paste, sweet, white potatoes, fish and chicken in rotation) and beef once per week.
I sleep 7 to 8 hours par day.
