HAPPY FATHERS DAY to all our great fathers on this board. PHIL..ALEX..all you guys posting pics of the children you are so proud of is inspiration to guys like me who will be fathers someday.

My dad isnt into bodybuilding but has supported me mentally and financially. He has ALWAYS been there for me and has always made a point to be a part of my life.

Thanks guys for all you do ...kickin ass in the gym AND the responsibility being a good dad are no doubt two things that not everyone can manage so BIG PROPS to all you guys!!!

I know that wasn't directed to any one person and I know I am not well known on this board but Thank You for that message. Children are the greatest of life's tresures and I am blessed to have three wonderful kids. In fact the pic of my back in my avatar...........my son took that.

Thanks a lot! being a father is the most rewarding thing in the world and best name I can be called.

My kids are the most important thing in the world to me ....
