Happy Thanksgiving to one and all. and i'm to gonna give thx for this being a great board to visit and no BS going on like at some of the other boards I used to go to.

Thanks to all the bro's and gals out there for making this board great and thx for being there when newbies and even guys not to new have questions.

and one more thing, STAY SAFE. if traveling, be extra careful, there's some knuckle heads out there, and ALWAYS be careful in regards to juice, I hate seeing a bro or sister going to jail just for wanting to be bigger.

My Thanksgiving day routine...

Workout early morning:
then drink 1 quart egg nog(not low fat)
eat a whole apple pie
EAt 3 full plates at dinner
then eat tons of leftovers

probably 6000 calories that day...I wish everyday was like that

btw, steak, i do eat 6000/day and trust me when ya do it day in day out it is a chore and i loves to eat, but sometimes since the bod is so well fed some points you are just cramming it down against your will
