If you had gyno once, you are very prone to it going forward and should be on something for maintenance when on cycle.
Unless if you have it removed, there will always be tissue there, it will just shrink and grow based on what you do.
Also, like mentioned before, depends on how long you had gyno before you tried to reverse it. typically if it is large and hard, it may shrink but will always be there and continue to grow and shrink based on what you run. The only way to truly get rid of it is through surgery
...at least that is what I was told by a well known surgeon in my area. And I know he was not just saying that to get a paycheck, he is a friend of mine.
