Hard time transitioning to mens physique

So the past 13 years or so, I've never competed, but I always stayed 10-15% body-fat, used test and dbol, didn't really care much if I bloated etc.

I've recently tried to clean up my health quite a bit as I'm mid 30's now, just on 200mg of test prop weekly and 100mg mesterolone for the well-being aspect. I've lost quite a bit of size, a big chunk of it coming from my waist which is good. I've been looking into a few photoshoots and am in talks with a few smaller magazines

Unfortunately I'm having a really hard time staying full and not flattening out..... at the same time taking harder stuff like tren would solve the problem but obviously defeat the whole purpose of me trying to be healthier.

Masteron or anavar are my main options, idk if just adding a small 100mg dose of mast to my TRT would be worth it or not, i'm trying to stay away from high dose cycles. There's HGH as well, just not sure I can afford to stay on a high enough dose.
 
If I wanted to do physique and be healthy I would literally eat a very calorie restricted diet. My shopping list would include lots of...

chicken, tuna, synthepure, turkey, salad, asparagus, spinach, kale, berries, apples, bananas, oats, sweet potatoes, wild rice, cashews, walnuts, almonds, coconut oil, olive oil etc.

I would perform lots of cardio and train hard with moderate weight and minimal rest periods.

Drugs would be test with some gh peptides such as cjc-dac with ipamorelin or hexarelin. I would use lr3 in cycles and with intra carbs and aminos to help with fullness. I would use mast before contests or photo shoots and add adrol for the final few weeks for extra fullness. Everything would be pretty simple and relatively healthy.

Obviously some depletion for fat loss before contests and some filling out using carbs and certain drugs for your desired look. Maybe you are just eating the wrong foods and not enough carbs at the times you need them most.

Lots of water too... very important.

I know you don't want to run tren, but a really low dose will make a big difference in your look of you are fairly lean. I like the look primo gives me, but it hurts the pocket book pretty good and you probably would run more mgs than you want. Mast at a fairly low dose would be worth a try IMO just for looks purposes, I've never an mast that low so I honestly don't know if it'll Do what you want.

*edit* and I don't mean run something constantly but just when you need to look better for a shoot or something.

what low dose of tren are you referring to?
 
I can tell a difference in the way I look at 75mg (acetate) a week. Eod injects ~20-25mg

price-wise it's just hard to beat tren considering how expensive things like anavar, primo etc. are. Hell even proviron, only reason I take it is because I feel amazing on it.

Nothing to be scared of. It's amazing and can change your physique in massive ways with just a small dose and a good diet. If your lean and flattening out then 50mg anadrol can help but personally I would use test prop npp and mast prop and forget tren.

Try at least a vial of Mast P a week(bulking or dieting), 100-200mg Winni and Var ED(when dieting), 150mg-200mg Tren Ace ED, 2.5mg-5mg Letro ED, 1-2mg Adex ed, Methyl-Tren inj.

When bulking it's 300-500mg test, anadrol, EQ, NPP, Mk2677.

No GH and no slin. He's known IFBB MP pro. Just being real here. I know we're seeing a lot of low dosers here, and a lot of health preachers here. But to bring it back to reality, that's their cycle.

If someone came to me and said I want to be a top physique pro my drug suggestions would be completely different. But for a guy wanting to look good but not huge and not completely shredded many could do that on low doses and lots of hard work. But as you say what goes on in the real world and the guys trying to win the big shows is worlds apart from some of the posts you read on here. I could write more but no point.

My bad, completely misread the OP then.

If you're trying to be healthy OP, just stick to Test, Mast E or P, Primo, and HGH. Oral steroid wise, just when peaking for 4-6 weeks no more.
