Hardboiled eggs tips pls!

ow yeah bro liquid egg white i like to add in a whole egg for better flavor and a little cheese then mix in a little low sugar ketchup after. Gets pricey though cheeper just to boil em up and take yolk out myself go great with my oatmeal in milk with zero cal sugar and cinnamon.I eat the same breakfast everyday never gets old
 
This is how I cook my eggs. I like them soft boil and I cool it down and then add low fat Mayo and salt and pepper and fresh chives and curry powder.
Mashed it all up. Or you can leave curry powder out if u wish.
I love eating hardboil egg straight out from the pot.
 
Deviled eggs or add a little A-1.

Pickling them is a good option too, and if you pickle a big jar of like 2-3 dozen then you can have eggs for 3-4 days. Or longer if you eat less I guess lol
 
Hardboiled master here....Boil..Peel..Take the masher...and MASH THEM..add Pepper a little salt..Eat with spoon=EASY TO EAT, EAST TO DIGEST. You can thank me later!
 
Eggs with the tabasco chipoltle sauce are delicious. Shit, anything with that sauce is incredible.
 
what about soft boiled eggs? any one tried this? where the yolk is left a lil gooy and soft?

never cared much for boiled eggs until starting cooking like this,even better to have yoke runny,i cant stand them when yoke is dreid out.
 
Kroger sells them packaged by the dozen already boiled and peeled. They stay good for a long time! I think they cost about 2 bucks. Pretty sweet for a lazy person :)

You lazy bugga! :D I like them soft boil in fact and eat them right away! Yummy! Gives you bad gas smells after eating so many eggs every day...I love my fart! lol too much info eh! :eek:
 
I like to make 2 dozen at a time

Deviled Eggs


Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:


* 6 hard-boiled eggs
* 2 Tablespoons minced sweet onion
* 2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish, minced
* 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
* 2 teaspoons creamed horseradish sauce (found in deli section)
* 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
* Salt to taste
* Garnishes: paprika, olives, chives, parsley, and/or pimento

Slice hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove egg yolks to a bowl, and set egg whites aside. Mash the egg yolks until crumbly. Add sweet onion, pickle relish, mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, mustard, and salt to taste. Mix until well-combined.

Spoon into egg white halves. Garnish with paprika, olives, chives, parsley, and/or pimento. Chill before serving.

Yield: 4 to 6 servings

I know this sounds crazy but it's really good. I take the boiled egg white (yolks go to the dogs) and fill with natural peanut butter. Freaking delicious!!
