ok so im kinda getting jealous of all of these hardcore gyms you guys own/attend. does anyone kno of any really good hardcore gyms in/around charlotte, NC??? im in desperate need to get out of the place i train now, which is geared towards old people and less "enthusiastic" lifters.

haha well i mean this sucks

if i get interrupted one more time by a damn old lady or some little kid who has no clue wat hes doin askin me for advice....or some damn dude who wants to go to the gym to talk and not lift....ill prolly hit someone with a damn weight

even the damn workers come interrupt me askin me "what are you drinking?" "does it work?" "hows it taste?"

What I meant to say was my "home" gym is almost more hardcore than the gym I go to.......and I dont have that much stuff.

I have to go to the local YMCA......and its not that nice like some I've seen but still.......ITS THE YMCA.....

i feel ya brutha man....i drive a good fuckin 40 min to go work out bc i cant stand the life time ballys 24hours around my neck of the woods...i found a family run power house gym full of serious lifters and i love it
