dennis james used to be a pro breakdancer, but i guess he just got much too big to pull that stuff.

closest you will get is kai greene.

whenever i watch glass training someone pre-contest he says stuff like "gotta use machines when depleted, don't want to risk injury" and then i think of this posing routine

There was an NPC heavy wt. from north or central jersey that used to flip a few yrs back(& land it everytime) & do a full split(I don't remember his name though)..he was maybe 5'8 & would always come in the top of the weight class the 2-3x I chatted with him

The 2006 Debbie Kruck in Daytona Beach I competed in the Heavyweight. The guy that won the Light heavys did a back flip at the end of his routine. It brought the house down and was a tough act to follow for the Heavys.
