I still eat whole food protein, but my primary source is Humapro. I just love the convenience of tablets over powders and food. I am always running for work, so having a protein source that is easy to consume quickly with no mess is a huge advantage for me.
It does the job, my results are just as good as when powders were my primary source.... although I feel much less bloated with the tabs. I wish they were a little cheaper, that is really the only downside I can think of.
but these are just amino's no? there isnt any actual protein content in them, or am i wrong here
So, it's got 0 calories?
I lost size when I only used humapro for my protein.
Now I use about 150-180 grams of whole food protein and 6 scoops of humapro powder per day. This I like a lot.
So, what's the difference between this and amino acid pills or liquids that we have since the 80's?
:banghead:
proteins are chains of amino acids bonded together....
