Has anybody tried this for Triceps

Looks interesting, havn't really done a motion like that so I'm gonna try it my next tri day.

yeah, looks interesting for sure. Probably not going to revolutionize tricep training but definitely a nice variation.

I like that... Gonna have to give this a try. Looks like a good movement. Can set it up in about 2 seconds on my cable crossover machine.

dam that looks pretty sweet deff gonna add that too my routine, anything new and at a new angle should equal some growth i hope

That wouldn't be optimal for shoulder tendons. Could hurt, cause tendonitis... I would say try it, if it feels good, do it.

An easier and more efficient way to do this is on an assisted chin/dip machine facing away with your hands on the pad. No chain needed.

Thanks for sharing, looks interesting, might just give it a shot!

Not sure why this would not work but I think a lot of people are steering away from major movements and trying to substitute with more "creative" isolation movements...Nothing again them...just saying

I've tried them as well but I lack the flexibility to be able to do them properly.

Gonna try these... Skull crushers are killing my elbows!

My partner and I been doing these for years. You can really go heavy but the chain does cause abrasions along your back. We stand on eachothers feet when we go very heavy and spot from the front. Great for thickness.

Tried them last night...didnt like it at all..
Ill stick with bench dips....

gonna give them a try this weeks arms workout...thnx.

that exercise works better if you use two handles instead of the straight bar
