I think you'll be able to recover just fine. It can be just a matter of genetics everyone's body is different. But you still are young.

I'd stay off for 2-3 months and get bloodwork.

My buddy ran a cycle that lasted 3 years very high doses , used basically no pct because he thought he could get away without it. He recovered after about 4 months to his normal levels so it's very possible.

Thats really good, & really rare.

Iam on 9 months off, from 1 year on at normal dosages, & still have not recovered.

Get bloodwork when your off all PCT drugs, get it a month or two later.
Thats when the interesting results come in.

Everything else doesn't mean shit at this moment, only means the drugs are making your body produce..
