Has anyone done water fasting while on DNP?

Lol I’m 44 and my concern was being 44 and yea I quit clen and t3 at 40 the sides weren’t worth the results and my thyroid is normal high so I dunno I’m competing this year for the first time in years so that may change as I get a date and 12 weeks out. I assume if you just gorge on chicken and broccoli your cravings shouldn’t be bad. I have heard of dosing issues you get yours pre dosed and capped or you weigh it yourself? No stim just body heat?

I only had carbs pre and post WO for the first 2 weeks and the the third it was just meats and greens , seemed to keep the water retention at bay. Stayed on meats and greens for almost a week after I was off and slowly reintroduced carbs . Elvia was a big help to me throughout the month . Caps were dosed at 250 , and yes no stim just heat , and the heat fires up with carbs like they say . I took mine at bedtime , was pretty bearable . At 44 I would say it's better than clen and t3 , just my 2 cents

It’s a good combo and butndms fat for sure but can be catabolic for sure
