A corporation is moving it's head office to my town. I met the owner at my gym and we got to talking and when he became aware of my background he asked if I would be interested in setting up the corporate gym. He is sending me the square footage and asked me to come up with options for him.
My presentation to him will be the determinig factor in my being hired.
I have been a gym owner (a small town gym, 27 years ago) and did some gym sales at big clubs up north.
I am a bit out of the loop as far as the options available and industry standards as far as buying outright or leasing equipment.
Any help in this area would be appreciated. I need this job!
leasing
buying equipment outright
buying from a gym closing
I need resources for these plus any other ideas & options.
It was suggested on another forum that I have a consulting fee to do a presentation. Not sure if that is a good idea and if so how much I figure to put 20-30 hours into it. I won't be giving him anything he could hand to someone else to run with. Just a spreadsheet.
