I have trained as a natural for many years and feel that I have reached my genetic limit.
I really want to push my mass and physique to the next level, and done some research on it.
Apparently LGD4033 and MK677 are really great for bulking, and also can improve your mental well-being
I am planning to run it for 3 months straight before going on PCT.
What results did you get from it if you have used it?
My current lifts are
- 264 bench press (1RM)
- 341 dead lift (!RM)
- 385 squats (1RM) - in pounds
- 80 lb shoulder dumbbell presses x 8
My diet is going to be on point (lean meats, brown rice, eggs, oats, fish, chicken, whey protein, fruits and veggies, wholemeal bread etc)
I will be training 6 days a week, mostly weights and probably 2 cardio sessions a week
What kind of gains should I expect? How many inches should i expect to add to my arms? How many inches did your arm grow? Any other advice?
