Run gh on certain days to bring up a lagging bodypart, also cut down the total amount of GH used to save $$.
Say you wanted to bring up your delts/traps because they suck. Say you train them on thursday.
Train delts thursday afternoon, take 5iu GH thursday night. Also take 5 iu of gh friday night (the day after when most of the repair is happening I assume).
Then take the next 5 days with no gh,,,Then next thursday when you hit delts again repeat.
That would be 10iu a week, about 40 iu a month. Much cheaper than say 2iu every day, which would be 60 iu a month. And you would get that extra GH to hopefully add some size to that lagging bodypart.
