Has Arimidex Dried your muscles out too much?

Has anyone had experience that you've narrowed down to Arimidex being the cause of pulling muscles or causing them to tear or spasm? I'm still recovering from a pec tear in December and I just got out of Urgent Care because the right side of my neck feels like someone is stabbing me. Spasm is so bad my spine in the cervical area is straight instead of curved they told me. Got some Valium and Hydrocodone to deal with it. I'm thinking maybe this is Arimidex related.

When I was on Aromasin I felt it didn't work well for me. Contemplating next step.

I get similar symptoms when my E2 gets too low. I hate using them due to the day to day impact from side effects. I pulled my R pec minor last week and had a lot of issues after my E2 got too low from using A-dex.

How much and how often were you using arimidex ?

I think I was using .25mg x3 weekly at the time. I really over respond to AIs.
