Prayers sent... Just lost by bother-inlaw last week to Cancer. 7+ years ago (on his 50th b-day), he was given 6 months to a year to live. He made it 7+.
Still horrible to watch what it did to him. We were w/ him when he passed (Only 57). He was more like a brother. He and my sister have been married 30 years, and together longer.
He and I had a band together for 15 years and a special bond (family). Hearing about your friend is heart-breaking.
