Have any of you found Cross-Transfer training effective during an injury?

any of yall that had a bad injury, how much strength did you maintain during recovery?

what sort of injury do you have? i ruptured my bicep tendon a few years ago and had to recover from that. Then about a year after that i blew out my knee and had to recover from that. that one was brutal. I had near total muscular atrophy in my leg. It was a very long, very painful road back. But I made it.
