what else can I use to reconstitute that is OTC..distilled water?
or can i just boil water and let cool?

1%Ba added to heated distilled water give it a shake and your good to go.

well I have ba here, so I add the 1%ba to the distilled water, heat...then I let it cool before I load into the gh vial right?

just add BA into the water, shake it, u don't need to heat. the solubility of BA in water is about 4g/100ml
