have this problem

OK. well at the end of most my cycle I start to have these muscle craps? like i straighten out my arm my muscle tense up and wants to pull my arm back the way it was. happens in my arms and chest. and it hurts sometimes.does this happen to anyone else and is there a way to make it stop?

increase your fluid intake, eat bananas and supplement with taurine?

you didn't give much information that would point to why this is happening, can you give any more details?

dont know really how to explain it. but what else would you need to know? but i will try to increase water and eat a banana once a day. thanks
