So far after losing 20 inches off my waist after coming back to the gym after being home bound for 5 years I feel stuck.
I know I lost alot so far but I want to get back to atleast a 34 inch waist.
I was up to a 59 inch waist and 300 pounds after just laying in my recliner and just eating all day cause I couldn't move due to my injuries.
I used to be 5'6 but after surgery I'm about 5'3 and now weigh 220 pounds and I'm about a 38-39 inch waist I'm having a hard time getting down any further.
I know how to do it but I don't have the willpower like I used to when I was competing.
Before my accident I was 230 pounds at 4% bodyfat the highest I would get up to is 8% bodyfat.just for facts at that time never touched hgh.
I was going for my pro card the following week after my accident but that never happened.i wasn't even doing it to make a living just for fun I made enough money in my other careers.
The whole point is I feel stuck and I want to have a low bodyfat again but my girlfriend doesn't make it easy on me always bringing home junk.
Before it wouldn't bother me but now I see something sweet I eat it till its gone.
This is more of a rant than asking for advice,
