Any side effects? How long you been on the Tirz?

Nope, none at all. Probably about 8 weeks.
I’ve ran it before and ramped up to 8 mg a week then took a break from it.
I’m planning on staying at 2 mg every third day

I saw the thread on here about it and it got my curiosity a little bit but to be honest when I saw a solid guy like @b-boy was doing it I figured I didn’t have anything to lose.
I don’t really watch or know much about any of the influencers and don’t really trust them
 
So how would you finish up this cut? Not for a show but just meeting my hometown dudes in Nashville for some fun and the hotel has a pretty lively pool scene. Of course there’ll be a little friendly competition between us so I want to look my best that weekend.
Figured I’d totally change it up and experiment with the sugar diet and sugar fasting for going on 3 weeks now with a few “normal” body building style meal days thrown in. High protein, moderate carbs and low fat.
Trying to decide whether to continue the sugar diet and try to cut a tad more on my lower abs then up protein and ramp up carbs the last couple of days ( I get there the 17th) or start now with it.
Just kind of having fun with it and have liked the progress I’ve made with the sugar diet/fast.
Right now on 100 test E, 60 mast E both taken ED along with 50 oral Winnie ED and about 7 IU blacktops (TP).
Was on 30 mg tren ace ED up until a couple of weeks ago.
Maybe someday I’ll get the balls to step on stage in the over 50 age lol

I pretty much just used the template laid out by @KingOfSushi in the thread about this diet. I kept protein in the evening (if I wasn’t fasting) at about .75 gram per pound and added some fat with avocado or whole eggs then used fruit during the day to fill in the remaining calories to stay in a deficit.
@AllOkJumpmaster has a link just a few post ago.

Not sure if I did lay something out in there? Just a heads up I’ve never used the diet. I think @DecaForDessert laid something out iirc.
