Having a lot of stomach issues

In view of my experienced, there are two reason to account for your issue. One hand, you maybe take protein powder too much. In large doses, whey protein can cause upset stomach and related symptoms such as bloating, cramps and more frequent bowel movements. The other hand, you maybe have the allergic reactions about protein powder.If you have lactose intolerance or a milk allergy, downing shakes made with dairy-based whey or casein proteins can lead to digestive discomfort. :headbang:
 
So no oatmeal in the morning? What would be better carb source for breakfast?
I don't like rice in the morning

I have a different approach then most on here- flex dieting. If I'm training right after the meal, I'll slam a shake consisting of Karbolyn and eggs whites, something high in sodium (usually a baked good from the store-muffins especially), and throw in a scoop of Jif if my baked good was low in fat. If I'm not training after meal 1 c which I avoid at all cost, a bowel of cereal by itself. I'll have a normal sized meal afterwards. Not a huge morning fan, so if I don't have to rush my food, I'll take it easy.
 
i have these issues quite severely from time to time. in fact i'm just getting over a pretty intense episode of digestive issues... in my case it's usually something that irritated my stomach and IMO messes up my stomach flora as i get rotten smelling burps and stuff. this time it was an oral... medication... that messed me up and it's been nearly a month recovery to get me back on track. my coach moved some of my supps around and we had to drop some of the things others have mentioned... When things get unbearable i have to take my perscription prilosec and dicyclomine, these things are a LIFE saver for me and give me pretty decent relief within 36 hours or so. I always sleep elevated as well as I'm eating a huge volume of food and it seems to just sit in my gut and go nowhere if i lay down all night. I also had to ditch my clean diet as i could not eat that volume and switch to fast food and high cal junk just to not lose too much weight. luckily i'm back on mostly clean food as of today... good luck! these issues are more uncomfortable than anything i've experienced and it's so Fing hard mentally when you're trying to gain weight to physically not be able to eat...
 
I have something that will help you. It's a detox/cleanse. I also have a high quality isotonic digestive enzyme. If you are taking a pill enzyme, your stomach has to work to break it down.
