For the past 2 months I am struggling with daytime sleepiness. Since I drive truck I don't wanna have an accident and this doesn't seem to be going away. It usually comes on between 10am - 2pm. It happens just about everyday, except for Sunday when I don't work. Sundays I train from around 9:30-10:30am. Mondays, Wednesday, and Thursdays I train in the evenings after work. I arrive at the gym between 6:30- 7 and train for about an hour or so. I've considered going to a doctor, but don't wanna tell a doc about gear use. I did that once and came out of there feeling like a fucking meth addict. I've considered things like diabetes, narcolepsy, fucked up REM cycle, not enough carbs. Could gear use have something to do with this? I do get 6-7 hours sleep a night. I know i should get some blood work done anyway. I work 50-60 hours a week, sometimes more, so getting in to the doc is often a struggle. I actually cut back on my training this time of the year due to increased hours. I don't have any symptoms of overtraining. As a matter of fact I'm having some of the best workouts ever, my strength is going up. Here are my first three meals of the day:
Meal 1 shake- 2 cups of whole milk, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1
cup of oats 3 scoops of whey, (I don't have time to
cook in the morning)
Meal 2 shake- 1 cup of whole milk, 1 tablespoon of flax oil, 2 scoops
of whey
Meal 3- 8 oz. of chicken, 1/4 cup of almonds, lettuce, crutons, and
some bleu cheese, (I cook the chicken on Sunday so the rest of
it only takes minutes to prepare the night before, that's why I
go with this for lunch)
Here's the rest of my stats, 5'4 195lbs, 750mg test e/wk, 100mg of tren eod, ( I only run the tren for 6 weeks at a time), 40mg dbol/day, (only run the dbol 4 weeks at a time),. I know it's alot of info, but I'm trying to get accurate answers. Thanks
