Ok so ive always been a relatively good sleeper but past few weeks-month ive been struggling staying in deep sleep. I am dieting at the moment so i know that plays a little part in it and my wife and i have a 6 month old baby that is a HORRIBLE sleeper...so i hear her whining half the night.
Anyways, any recommendations for helping me get and stay in deep sleep..especially on low carb/keto days? Im thinking going back to 12.5 Mg MK677 again to see if it helps.
Fyi- already taking magnesium and Shiff melatonin + before bed.
