Hey! I’m not really too sure, just following his directions with diet, training, and supplements to a “T” ! I don’t know much about DC training. It’s definitely low volume and super high intensity!! I definitely want to just keel over after every workout! Lol
I would have to say that I have made complete changes in training, programming, AND execution that I think have benefited me! Lower volume with much higher intensity, frequency of workouts, and I have let go of the idea of trying to lift so heavy that I don't actually "feel" the muscle group I am working! A complete 180 from my previous training I was doing. I have been placing a much bigger emphasis on mind/muscle connection than the amount of weight I am putting on the bar.
