HCG and Bloodwork

So I guess my testing of HCG was positive on the kit; but for some reason my bloodwork doesn't show it. My LH should of been completely shutdown while on HCG since it mimics LH; and my estradiol should of been elevated. My estradiol is a few points lower than baseline(precycle) and my LH is practically the same as precycle. Whats going on? Is this HCG bunk and only tests positive on testing kits; my cousin who is a medical doctor told me something is definitely off with the HCG I received even though it tested positive on the pregnancy test.

How much hcg are you using a week ? If it’s small amounts like 250-500 ius twice a week I would’nt expect it to raise your estroidal too much or even at all. If the hcg you have tested positive on a pregnancy test then it is definitely hcg. If you really want to put it to the test then run 50000 ius/week split into 3 shots and then test your lh and estroidal

im running about 250-500 2x a week; estadiol is a lil lower than pre cycle but my LH and FSH are basically still at baseline. So this shows me that there is little HCG in their and even a 250 IU of hcg twice a week should show that my LH and FSH is almost nonexistent. I talked to a bunch of medical professionals about this and they said the same thing; there is HCG in the bottle but the amount who knows.

You can directly measure b-hcg on serum (if you do it make sure us serum, not blood level).
