I totally understand. I gave this diet a fair shot. I even defended it in the female forum. The diet sucks, seriously no lotion? it's cheap so whatever.
I get diet being the most important thing, but 500 calories a day and being so strict as to not allow lotion is the kid of thing that triggers most girls into being a little obsessive. HCG only works if you follow the 500 calories, I didn't see a change on it from just doing the diet and the diet with the drug.
I would have her log her food on daily plate, calorie counters, or daily burn. Make sure she is eating at a 500 calorie deficit.
The best thing is a small dose of hgh daily, that on it's own will really help.
Other options are I think are good are t3, a lot of people mix it with clen but I hate clen, eca stack or t3 stack, dnp (make sure you fully understand it, it is controversial and risky) if she is good but just wants to dry out and look harder she can add a tiny amount of var.
The Diet
Breakfast:
Tea or coffee in any quantity without sugar. Only one tablespoonful of milk allowed in 24 hours. Saccharin or Stevia may be used.
Lunch:
1. 100 grams of veal, beef, chicken breast, fresh white fish, lobster, crab, or shrimp. All visible fat must be carefully removed before cooking, and the meat must be weighed raw. It must be boiled or grilled without additional fat. Salmon, eel, tuna, herring, dried or pickled fish are not allowed. The chicken breast must be removed from the bird.
2. One type of vegetable only to be chosen from the following: spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage.
3. One breadstick (grissino) or one Melba toast.
4. An apple, orange, or a handful of strawberries or one-half grapefruit.
Dinner :
The same four choices as lunch (above.)
*No massage of any kind!
