Last week I started with 250 HCG twice a week. I also had a 4 day run with some protein bars high in sugar alchohal. Nothing else is different and I am up 5 pounds on the scale. Puts me 10 pounds away form weigh with 7 weeks to go. Was it the sugar alchohals or the hcg by chance? I am running a cut stack and eg right now.
