HCG during or after?

I've always done hcg post cycle. Now I'm hearing on long cycles to dose in the middle? Any thoughts?

Depends... do you want to increase fertility while on cycle ? I used hcg on cycle and my wife got pregnant real quick lol.

My girlfriend has an iud, so that won't be an issue. So should I just stick to post?

Id use it post cycle. But other people would argue that. It depends on you

Clomid for pct and hcg for cycle.
Depending on who you are your estrogen can shoot up with hcg post cycle.

It will make recovery easier if you use hcg from the middle of your cycle right up to pct. as others have stated it will increase your estrogen levels so take that into consideration when dosing your AI. Then you can just use clomid and nolvadex for pct
